These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the 8mgame platform and all services provided through it. Please read this document carefully before creating an account or placing any bets. By registering an Account with 8mgame, by accessing the Platform, or by placing a Wager, you unconditionally agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions in their current form, together with any additional terms referenced herein, including but not limited to the 8mgame Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and individual promotion terms.
Your continued use of the 8mgame Platform following any update or modification to these Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. 8mgame will make reasonable efforts to notify registered Players of material changes via the registered email address or via a notice displayed on the Platform.

Access to and use of the 8mgame Platform is restricted to individuals who are 21 years of age or older. This age restriction is absolute. By registering an Account, you represent and warrant that you are 21 years of age or older. 8mgame reserves the right to request documentary evidence of age at any time and to suspend or close any Account where the required evidence is not provided or where it reveals that the Player is under 21 years of age.
8mgame may restrict access to its Platform from certain jurisdictions. It is the Player's sole responsibility to determine whether use of the Platform is lawful in their jurisdiction before registering. 8mgame makes no representation that the services offered are appropriate or available for use in any particular jurisdiction outside those it explicitly supports.
Each natural person may register only one (1) Account on the 8mgame Platform. A person is identified by their name, date of birth, residential address, payment method, device, and IP address, among other indicators. Operating multiple Accounts is a material breach of these Terms and will result in the suspension of all related Accounts and forfeiture of any Balances held therein.
Section 04
To register an Account, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information including your legal full name, date of birth, residential address, Pakistani mobile telephone number, and a valid email address. You are required to keep this information up to date at all times. 8mgame is not responsible for any consequences arising from the provision of inaccurate registration information.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials, including your password and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not share your Account credentials with any third party. 8mgame will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain adequate Account security. You must notify 8mgame immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorised use of your Account.
8mgame may at any time request documentation to verify your identity, age, address, and the source of funds deposited into your Account. Requested documents typically include a government-issued photo identification (CNIC, passport, or driving licence), proof of address, and evidence of the payment method used. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the timeframe specified by 8mgame may result in the suspension of Account functionality, including the restriction of withdrawals, until verification is completed.

8mgame accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following methods: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL (Habib Bank Limited), UBL (United Bank Limited), Meezan Bank, direct bank transfer, and select cryptocurrency channels. All transactions are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) unless otherwise specified for cryptocurrency transactions.

Withdrawals may only be made to a payment method previously used to deposit into the Account, subject to availability. 8mgame may require the completion of KYC verification before processing any withdrawal. Withdrawal requests are subject to review and may be delayed where 8mgame has reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent activity, a breach of these Terms, or where a regulatory obligation requires further investigation.
The Platform operates in PKR. Players depositing via cryptocurrency will have their funds converted to PKR at the prevailing rate at the time of deposit. 8mgame is not responsible for exchange rate fluctuations between the time of deposit and the time of withdrawal for cryptocurrency transactions.
Section 06
All bonuses, free bets, promotional credits, and other incentive awards offered by 8mgame are subject to the specific terms published at the time of each promotion. In the event of any conflict between these general Terms and specific promotion terms, the specific promotion terms shall take precedence in relation to that promotion.
Unless explicitly stated otherwise, all bonus credits are subject to a minimum wagering requirement before they or any winnings derived from them may be withdrawn. Wagering requirements are stated as a multiplier applied to the bonus amount (e.g., a 10x requirement on a Rs 1,000 bonus means Rs 10,000 must be wagered before a withdrawal request can be made). The specific multiplier applicable to each promotion is disclosed in the promotion's individual terms.
8mgame reserves the right to void bonus credits and any associated winnings, and to suspend or close an Account, where it determines — at its sole reasonable discretion — that a Player has engaged in bonus abuse. Bonus abuse includes, but is not limited to, registering multiple Accounts to claim a welcome bonus more than once, placing bets that hedge bonus wagering requirements in bad faith, or any other strategy designed to extract bonus value without genuine engagement with the Platform.
Section 07
All bets placed on the 8mgame sportsbook are subject to acceptance by 8mgame. 8mgame reserves the right to refuse, limit, or cancel any bet at its sole discretion, including but not limited to where a technical error has resulted in an obviously incorrect price, where a bet is placed after the relevant event has concluded, or where accepting the bet would breach any applicable regulatory requirement.
In-play or live betting markets are available on selected events including PSL matches, international cricket, UFC bouts, and other sports. Live market odds are subject to rapid change. 8mgame's systems apply a standard delay between bet submission and confirmation. A bet is not confirmed until the Platform returns a confirmed bet receipt to the Player.
8mgame may void bets where: (a) an event is cancelled, postponed, or abandoned without a result being determined; (b) a technical error caused an incorrect price to be displayed; (c) a match result is subsequently overturned by the relevant governing body; or (d) there is clear evidence of result manipulation. In all void bet scenarios, the staked amount is returned to the Player's Account Balance.
Maximum payout limits apply to all markets. Applicable limits are displayed within the relevant market or may be obtained by contacting 8mgame support. 8mgame will not be liable for any winnings above the stated maximum payout limit, regardless of the odds accepted at the time of bet placement.
Section 08
8mgame's casino section — accessible after 8mgame login — includes live dealer games, RNG table games, and slot titles supplied by third-party gaming providers. All casino games operate on certified random number generation (RNG) systems where applicable, or on physical dealing outcomes in the case of live dealer games. The applicable Return to Player (RTP) percentage for slot titles is made available by the relevant game provider and may be viewed within the individual game's information panel.
8mgame does not guarantee any specific outcome in any casino game. The house edge applicable to each game type is a permanent feature of the game's design. Players acknowledge that casino gaming involves inherent financial risk and that losing wagers is a normal and anticipated outcome.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 8mgame Platform. Any Player found to have engaged in prohibited conduct will be subject to immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of Balance, and may be reported to relevant regulatory or law enforcement authorities:

8mgame reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at any time and without prior notice where it has reasonable grounds to believe that: (a) these Terms have been breached; (b) the Account is being used for fraudulent purposes; (c) continuing to permit Account activity would expose 8mgame to regulatory, legal, or financial risk; or (d) the Account belongs to a person who is under 21 years of age.
Players may close their 8mgame Account at any time by contacting the support team via live chat. Upon closure, any remaining real-money Balance (excluding any unmet bonus credits) will be returned to the Player via their last used payment method following completion of any outstanding KYC requirements. Self-exclusion requests will be processed in accordance with the Responsible Gaming Policy.
An Account is considered dormant if no login activity has occurred for a period of 12 consecutive months. 8mgame will attempt to contact the Player at their registered email address prior to applying any dormancy fee. Dormancy fees, where applicable, are charged at a rate published in the Platform's fee schedule. Players with dormant Accounts may reactivate their Account by contacting support at any time.

8mgame will not sell, rent, or lease your personal data to third parties for their own marketing purposes. Data may be shared with third parties where necessary for the provision of the Platform's services (such as payment processors and KYC verification providers) or where required by law or regulation.

Section 13
All content on the 8mgame Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, software, data compilations, odds data, and the overall design and layout of the Platform — is the proprietary property of 8mgame or its content licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms. No part of the Platform may be reproduced, distributed, modified, reverse-engineered, or used for commercial purposes without the express prior written consent of 8mgame.
Section 14
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 8mgame shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or service interruptions, even if 8mgame has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
8mgame's total aggregate liability to any Player in connection with these Terms or the Platform, regardless of the cause of action, shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the twelve-month period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
8mgame makes no warranty that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. Scheduled maintenance, emergency downtime, and third-party service disruptions may occasionally affect Platform availability. 8mgame will make reasonable efforts to minimise downtime and to communicate planned maintenance in advance.
Section 15
8mgame reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, 8mgame will provide reasonable advance notice to registered Players via the email address associated with their Account and/or via a prominent notice on the Platform. Continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
If you do not accept a proposed amendment, you must cease using the Platform before the amendment takes effect and contact 8mgame support to discuss the closure of your Account and the return of your real-money Balance.
Section 16
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable international gaming regulations and the laws of the jurisdiction under which 8mgame holds its gaming licence. In the event of any dispute arising between 8mgame and a Player in connection with these Terms or the use of the Platform, the parties agree to first attempt to resolve the dispute through good-faith negotiation.
Where a dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within thirty (30) days of written notice from either party, the matter may be referred to the dispute resolution process prescribed under 8mgame's applicable regulatory framework. 8mgame's internal complaints procedure is available by contacting the support team at the details provided in Section 17.
